Total Signs and Graphics - Signage Solutions

Total Signs Case Studies

Smith Brothers Stores Ltd.
Smith Brothers Stores Ltd. first approached Total Signs in 2007 when they were looking for quotations for replacement signage for their Northampton branch. Having discussed at some length the different types of signs which could be provided SBS decided that the flexface system offered would provide them with the most suitable solution for their needs – particularly as this system provides a sign with the graphic in a single section and can be either illuminated or non illuminated depending on the location. Since then, Total Signs have provided signage for SBS at all their locations ranging from Newcastle to Southampton – the most recent being at their Rainham Branch last year.
Northgate Vehicle Hire
We rebranded 65 depots, previously trading under local names, with the new Northgate Vehicle Hire logo. Liaising with the Northgate facilities manager we provided site surveys, signage design, manufacture and installation to all 65 sites in locations ranging from Aberdeen to Portsmouth. The project was brought in within the timescales required and below budget. We also provided new graphics for their rental fleet of 11,000+ vans and on-site training for their staff to apply these graphics.
Northampton General Hospital
Total Signs and Graphics were approached by NGH Patient Safety Academy who required a simple, cost effective solution in the form of dry wipe boards used to help maintain quality and patient safety. Total Signs helped with both the design and specification of these boards and supplied simple, durable, printed panels with a dry wipe over laminate and all necessary fixings so these could be fitted by the hospital’s facilities department.
Northampton University Student’s Union
The NUSU needed to promote the services they provided to students and we were presented with a curved and slightly uneven wall on which they wished to do this. We installed a digitally printed wallpaper, using graphics provided by NUSU, which performs the task perfectly.
